No, you do not need to be home during your cleaning. Many of our clients provide a door/garage code or a key so our team can clean while they are away.
If you prefer to be home during your cleaning, that’s perfectly fine as well. We simply ask that any area being cleaned are free so our team can work efficiently.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies and equipment for every cleaning.
If you have specific products you prefer us to use in your home, we are happy to accommodate. We simply ask that those products are provided and easily accessible on the day of your cleaning.
How does your man-hour pricing work?
We charge based on man-hours, which means the total time spent cleaning multiplied by the number of cleaners.

- 1 cleaner for 10 hours = 10 man-hours
- 2 cleaners for 5 hours = 10 man-hours

What if I have pets?
We love pets! Many of our clients have furry family members.
For the safety of both your pets and our team, we simply ask that pets are secured if they may be anxious around new people or cleaning equipment.
